Player/Coach Cards


WHO NEEDS A CARD?

INDOOR:

All Players, Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Managers of the following groups are required to have an EMSA I.D./Player card:

There is no grace period for missing EMSA I.D. cards. All players, coaches, assistant coaches or managers must have their cards for the first game. If a player does not have a card and they play then the team will forfeit the game. If the coach, assistant coach or manager does not have their cards then they will not be permitted on the bench.

WHERE CAN I GET MY CARD?

West Zone Carding nights:

Location: West Zone office (15430 93 Ave)

  • September 23th 9am-noon
  • September 26th 4-8pm
  • October 5th 5-8pm

Emsa MAIN Carding:

Location: 6520 Roper Road

  • October 10th 4- 8 pm
  • October 12th 4- 8 pm
  • October 16th 4- 8 pm

WHAT DO I NEED?

Player/ Coach must be PRESENT for the picture and bring a copy of ONE of the following:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Passport
  • Landed Immigrant Card
  • Learners or Driver’s License
  • Alberta Health Care Card ONLY if the player’s name in full (not Initials) is clearly printed on the card.

Note: Student ID and Blue Cross cards are not acceptable.


Outdoor:

WHERE DO YOU GET A CARD?

All cards are printed at the EmsaMAIN office. (6520 Roper Road)

Prior to the season start there will be carding nights hosted by both EmsaWEST and EmsaMAIN. *see above

During the season you must go to EmsaMAIN. Contact for office hours.
