Inclement Weather Procedure and Rescheduling
Before your game, please check the Field Closure Lines/Websites to see if the field is open for practice/games.
If you need to reschedule a practice field or make-up game, please contact Chris at stats101@shaw.ca. After a new field is secured from Chris, then, and only then, contact the referee assignor, Mike Carson, at gradsoccer@gmail.com. If you cancel your game, also cancel your referee with the assignor.
For full details on rescheduling a game due to inclement weather, visit this page.
Please note: Teams can be fined if they are found using closed Sports Fields. Keep this in mind for pre-season practices.

Reporting Scores for U9 and U11
The home team will be required to get copies of the game sheets of both teams from the referee at the end of the game along with any trialist forms. Game sheets for both teams are to be sent within 24 hours by one of the following:
- take photos with your cell phone. Please only one game sheet per photo and email to both ewzsagamesheets@shaw.ca and gamesheets@ewzsa.com
- or scan the sheets in PDF format and email to the addresses above
Ensure that the photos are taken in high resolution.
The home team is also responsible for scoring the game on emsasoccerportal.com
For U11, each team is responsible for checking to see that their stats have been recorded. Remember, they may not have been submitted.
Reporting Scores for Rounds: U9 and U11
There are three rounds, allowing for tiering rounds. To correctly tier the teams, it is important that all scores are submitted, especially at the end of each round so that we can prepare the next set of schedules.
