As per our website and the player registration form, there are no refunds issued after October 1, 2021.
EMSA West runs our program under the rules of EMSAmain/ASA.
For refunds due to a medical issue, a doctor’s note must be provided. Fees will be prorated.
Transfers to other EMSA Club teams will be administered a $35 Administration Fee.
No refunds if your child is not on the team that he has requested. It has been a difficult season to build teams due to the change in parameters. The zone has done our best to meet coach/friend’s requests, however, not all could be accommodated.
If we receive notification from AHS and Alberta Soccer Association that soccer is cancelled due to Covid 19, all registrations will be prorated less and refunded.
All cancellations may be subject to a $50 Administration Fee (except for transfers to other Club Teams).
Due to the changing restrictions from AHS and the Government of Alberta, our program may change before and during the season. The EWZSA strives to provide a well-balanced program for all our players during the Pandemic. Please note our refund policy
has changed, it is the responsibility of the registering parents/guardians of players to read the policy as indicated online registration.
Before May 1st, 2021, a Non-refundable service charge of $50.00 per player will apply on all cancellations.
Before May 1st any players that paid community fees and make a club team other than the Warriors team. A non-refundable service charge of $35.00 will apply.
Effective May 1st, there are no refunds unless EMSAmain has cancelled the season. If the season is cancelled by EMSAmain partial refunds will be issued in the manner you paid.
