Outdoor Registration

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN FEBRUARY 1st, 2018!!

The season starts in May (weather permitting) and goes until the end of June.

Please remember: No volunteer coaches = No teams

We continue to try and make our soccer program better each year. It is our volunteers that make our program a success. We hope that everyone continues to appreciate them as much as we do.

While West Zone/EMSAwest allows you to make special requests on your registration form, remember that it is simply not possible to accommodate all requests. While we will do what we can to grant requests, there are absolutely no guarantees of requests for player placement being met.


How to Register!

Step 1:

Purchase a 2017/2018 community league membership at the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues website: Click here
If you have purchased one prior to the 2017/18 Indoor Season it will still be valid.

Step 2:

Register on the EMSA Soccer Portal. Online registration ONLY.

Please note: Warriors
All players trying out must complete the online registration prior to tryouts. If you want to hold a community spot, you must pay community fees at their payment nights. Otherwise club fees will be collected on the last day of tryouts.

Step 3:

Attend your communities registration session.  NO ONLINE PAYMENT ACCEPTED.
Community Payment Nights: Check your communities website.
Must bring to payment night:
  • Copy of registration confirmation from Portal  (print 2 copies )
  • Alberta Health Care Card for verification of player Birth Date
  • Payment for Soccer Fees, Jerseys Fees or Bonds and/or Volunteer Bonds (CASH or CHEQUE)
Outdoor registration is run by the communities. Contact your COMMUNITY SOCCER COORDINATOR for payment.
The registration is not complete until the community has received payment. 
Parents can log back in to print payment receipt.

Team Officials

All coaches and team officials volunteering this season must have an valid PIC. (Police Information Check)

Security Clearance forms (2 forms) are required to be completed for new coaches, assistant coaches and managers . Once completed and approved by West Zone the clearance is good for 3 years. Bring two legal identifications (passport, driver’s license, Alberta Health Care Card etc.) for verification.
