It is our volunteers who make our program a success. Please volunteer—without volunteers, there are no teams. Remember to respect and show appreciation to all our volunteers.

The West Zone runs Information Clinics for all Team Officials. No cost to our volunteers.

Registration steps

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR SOCCER, IF THEY WILL BE TRYING OUT FOR ANY CLUB TEAMS BUT YOU WOULD LIKE A SPOT HELD IN COMMUNITY (MUST BE PAID BY SEPTEMBER 5, 2025), PLEASE REGISTER WITH THE EMSA WEST ZONE FIRST. https://portal.emsamain.com/login

STEP 1: Community League Membership

• A community membership is required at this time to register. Once you are on the EFCL website, you will need to enter your community where you live or your postal code. There may be instances where your postal code is not valid, please contact EFCL directly for assistance. Once purchased, you will receive an email with your membership card. The number on that card will be needed to register.
  • Options to purchase:
    • • Contact your Community Office/Community Soccer Coordinator or
      • Visit EFCL.org/membership

STEP 2: Register online (NOTE: Community Registration ONLY. Club Registration will begin August 5, 2025)

1. Create a Members Account at https://portal.emsamain.com/
2. Add/register your player(s) and/or team officials.
3. Issues? Please send an email with a screenshot to soccer@ewzsa.com We will forward the email to our portal developers.

STEP 3: Payment

All payments for Indoor Soccer are paid to the EMSA West.

Please note: Registration is not finalized until payment has been received.

Payment Options:

• Online – American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Debit
• In-person – Cash or Cheque (e-transfers to finance@ewzsa.com also accepted)
  • Note: Registration must be completed online prior to coming to the zone office to pay. We do not have the ability to register your child at our office.
• Other Options:
  • Payment Plan – 50% down once your child is registered, 2nd payment by October 1, and final payment by November 1. Contact finance@ewzsa.com for arrangements to be made by September 5, 2025.
  • KidSport Funding: Confirmation must be received by September 5, 2025 to be placed on a team. Payment to be made in full and once approval is received, we will refund the difference back to the parent. – Click here for more information.
  •  Their Opportunity Funding: As per above, confirmation must be received by September 5, 2025.  Click here for more information.
• No refunds after October 1.

Important Notes:

• All registrations completed and paid after September 5, 2025, are considered Late Registration. Players will be placed on a waitlist while teams are being formed. Team information and rosters will be tentatively released to coaches on September 30, 2025.
• Teams are normally formed based on your child’s year of birth. However, EMSA West allows special requests on your registration form, but know that it is simply not possible to accommodate all requests. While we do our best to grant requests, there are no guarantees that player placement requests are met.
  • Team Formation Policy/Special Requests
• The season tentatively starts on October 11, 2025. Regular season play runs through January/February.
• Late registrants will be added to the waitlist. If space is available, you will be contacted by phone.
• $35 late fee for registrations after September 5, 2025.
• Spots are not held.
